Modern Market Company serves retailers, micro markets, colleges, healthcare organizations, workplaces, distributors, stadiums, airports, and other food-service operators throughout Buffalo and Rochester. Our meals are produced fresh daily, backed by real sales data from more than 200 micro-market locations, and packaged to support a longer refrigerated selling window.

Products and programs

Programs may include sandwiches, wraps, salads, breakfast items, rice bowls, pasta dishes, pasta salads, complete grab-and-go meals, bulk food-service formats, employee meal programs, custom recipes, and private-label packaging for qualified high-volume partners.

Every packaged meal includes ingredient, allergen, and nutrition information, plus a use-by date and production or lot code. Product specification sheets are available to qualified prospects. Vegetarian, gluten-conscious, and high-protein selections are available. Select items use meats supplied with halal documentation; finished meals and the facility are not independently halal certified.

Qualified prospects may request complimentary samples, tour our Orchard Park production facility, or begin with an individual order or one-location pilot—without a long-term contract. Our team can review sales and waste results and recommend adjustments to product mix and order quantities.

Ordering, delivery, and pickup

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for wholesale orders. Buffalo and Rochester delivery programs are arranged case by case based on volume, location, and program requirements. Wholesale cash-and-carry pickup has no minimum and no pickup fee.
