Wholesale and catering FAQs
Questions, answered.
Who is a good fit for a wholesale program?
Wholesale is designed for businesses and organizations offering recurring individually packaged meals through micro markets, retail locations, colleges, healthcare facilities, workplaces, stadiums, airports, distributors, and similar programs. A one-location pilot is available before a larger rollout.
Do you have order minimums?
Wholesale cash-and-carry pickup has no minimum and no pickup fee. Delivery is evaluated by Bill case by case based on location, volume, and program requirements.
How far in advance should we order?
Please submit recurring wholesale and catering orders at least 48 hours in advance. Standard wholesale programs may be able to begin within the same week, depending on complexity.
Where do you deliver?
Wholesale delivery is focused on Buffalo and Rochester and arranged case by case. Corporate catering serves Buffalo and the surrounding Western New York region. A broader distributor network is planned for the future.
Can we try samples or start with a pilot?
Yes. Complimentary samples are available for qualified wholesale prospects, and organizations can begin with a one-location pilot or individual orders without a long-term contract.
Can you customize menus or packaging?
Yes. Customized recipes, menus, product mixes, and private-label packaging are available for qualified high-volume programs. Each opportunity is evaluated based on volume and complexity.
What dietary choices are available?
The menu includes vegetarian, gluten-conscious, and high-protein selections. Select items use meats supplied with halal documentation; finished meals and the facility are not independently halal certified.
What information is included on packaged meals?
Packaged meals include ingredient, allergen, and nutrition information, along with a use-by date and production or lot code. Product specification sheets are available to qualified prospects.
How does the longer shelf life reduce waste?
A longer refrigerated selling window gives operators more time to sell or serve each meal and can reduce spoilage risk. Results depend on ordering, storage, handling, and customer demand, so waste reduction is presented as a potential benefit rather than a guaranteed percentage.
Where is wholesale pickup?
Pickup is available Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., at 3538 California Road, Orchard Park, NY 14127. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
